An Aiken-based health care executive has some advice for people who don’t have a primary care physician: Get one. “You want to be established with a doctor whom you have a history with and who knows your health,” said Carolyn Emanuel-McClain. “When you come to them, they can look at their records to see what they’ve done in the past, and that helps them manage your care and any chronic conditions.”
