HOW TO MAKE A GIFT OF SECURITIES
Thank you for considering a gift of securities to the American Liver Foundation (“Foundation”).
Please notify Beth DeRosa, Donor Database Manager, at 1-646-737-9406 if you wish to make a gift of stock. You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, as well as the type of security. This will enable the Foundation to acknowledge your contribution appropriately for tax purposes.

To transfer shares electronically to the Foundation from your broker, please supply the broker with the following information:
