Get Fit: Generating Wellness

This January Liver Update will focus on Get Fit – a wellness campaign designed to provide medically vetted health information. Every month Get Fit will focus on a new topic ranging from Mindfulness to Disease Management to help people live a well-rounded wellness focused lifestyle. The program produces over 50 posters and 36 webinars each calendar year – information you can use to educate clients, patients, employees, friends and more.
